Black Ace LG
The Black Ace LG, which stands for "LONG GRIP", is a collaboration between ProKennex, and PPA Pro and #1 ranked Racquetball Player, Daniel de la Rosa.
The white and pink colors decorate this 11mm wide paddle core, Daniel's professional colors.
The paddle face width is slightly less than the BLACK ACE PRO, allowing for an extended length of the paddle.
Not only is the paddle elongated, but the grip is longer which allows for two handed backhand players to use the paddle with ease and comfort.
The raw carbon t700 face allows for maximum spin, the Air-O-Guard system allows for a more aerodynamic paddle which swings through the air faster than any 3 piece paddle, resulting in quicker reflexes and more powerful strikes.
The longer handle pushes the sweet spot north, creating a longer fulcrum at strike for maximum power with minimal effort.

Pro Kennex 11mm Black Ace LG Paddle Officially Relisted on USA Pickleball’s Approved Paddles List
We are announcing today that, based on new testing, USA Pickleball (USAP) has reversed its decision to delist the 11mm Black Ace LG, which had previously been scheduled for removal from certification on July 1, 2025. As of June 3, 2025, the Black Ace LG is fully certified, having successfully passed all testing requirements, including PBCoR. Accordingly, all tournaments and associations that rely on USAP for paddle eligibility should note that this model is now and will continue to be fully legal for competition.
ProKennex’s Black Ace 11mm line was first certified as legal in June 2022, before the introduction of the PBCoR standard in 2024. Since that time, ProKennex has not altered the specifications or made any modifications to accelerate performance—unlike other brands that introduced trampoline-like effects in later models.
While the Black Ace LG has now been reinstated, the status of the Black Ace Pro, Ovation, and XF (all 11mm) paddles remains unchanged and they will be delisted effective July 1, 2025.
