Warranty and Returns Policy
Overview
At ProKennex, we are committed to delivering the highest-quality equipment, backed by exceptional
customer service.
If you are experiencing issues with your tennis racket or pickleball paddle and would like to discuss a return or exchange, please download the Warranty Review Form, fill it out, and follow the instructions provided. Include the completed form with the product in a box and ship it to the address listed on the form.

Warranty Policy
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. However, it’s important to note that the warranty does not extend to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Severe impacts, misuse, or damage resulting from accidents.
- Modifications made after purchase.
- Damage caused by improper care.
Items Covered Under Warranty:
- Tennis Rackets and Pickleball Paddles: 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Bags and Accessories (e.g., grips and covers): 12 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required (a receipt, bank, or credit card statement can be used). ProKennex reserves the right to determine if a product is covered under warranty and whether to repair or replace it.
What is NOT Covered Under Warranty?
While we stand by the quality of our products, the following are not covered under the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., edge guards or grips needing replacement).
- Modifications made after purchase.
- Fading or peeling of graphics.
- Damage caused by hitting objects other than the ball (e.g., the ground or walls).
- Purchases from non-authorized ProKennex dealers.
- Use by someone other than the original purchaser.

How Long Should a Racket or Paddle Last?
The lifespan of a tennis racket or pickleball paddle depends on usage.
- Frequent and competitive players may replace their equipment every 6–12 months.
- Casual players may find their equipment lasts up to 2–3 years.
Certain components are subject to normal wear and tear, such as:
- Edge Guards or Grommets: Designed to protect your paddle or racket, these may loosen or wear down with repeated contact with the ground.
- Grips: Over time, grips may need replacement, depending on usage and personal preference.
These issues are considered wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery.
